配送ポリシー

ORDER PROCESSING:

Retail items will generally be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Please note that our handmade original products may require 2-5 business days for processing and shipment.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be 880 yen (including tax), except for some regions. However, shipping is 1,500 yen (including tax) only in Hokkaido and Okinawa.
If you purchase products totality  5,000 yen or more, shipping will be free.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

Japan Post currently does not offer economy shipping to the US. The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the season and the coordination between delivery career and the postal service in the your country.

All shipments are sent via Japan post, except non-cutting tool shipments to the USA, which are sent via Yamato.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once shipment reaches your destination country. Wabasamiya is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 28 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support info@wabasamiya.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
