Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You have 14 days from receipt of your goods to inform us of your intent to return an item. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

To complete your return:

  • Provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Include your order number in the parcel.

  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at

We do not offer direct exchanges on non-faulty/damaged items. For these, you will need to return the original item at your own cost for a refund, and then place a new order for the replacement item.

Shipping To return your product, please send the products to the announced address.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £50, considering using a trackable shipping service. We cannot refund a return until we receive the goods safely back in our hands.
